One-on-One Reiki & Energy Work

For the bride, groom, wedding party, or guests looking to feel deeply centered, aligned, and radiant as they step into this new chapter.

  • Available the week of, night before, or morning of the wedding

  • Sessions can include Reiki, guided meditation, channeling, and energetic alignment

  • Offered in person (when available) or online

Each session is intuitively led, weaving together Reiki, energy work, light language, and channeling—whatever your soul needs to fully embody love, presence, and be the most luminous version of you.

Couples Energy Work & Reiki

A powerful, heart-opening session for you and your partner to align, connect, and step into this next chapter with love, clarity, and deep energetic harmony.

  • Sessions are intuitive and can include Reiki, intention-setting, channeling, light language, and energetic connection practices

Movement & Activation Sessions

At Stiil, we’re all about love and having fun in love. We’ll have you laughing one minute, shedding a love tear the next, and feeling completely alive throughout the entire experience. Our movement classes are tailored to you and your wedding party—designed to fit your vibe, energy, and what you need to feel connected and celebrated.

 

Options include:

Yoga & Meditation – Intuitive practices to bring you into the present and flow with ease

Group Energy Activation – A powerful mix of breathwork, movement, and intention-setting to align your energy

Dance & Flow – Intuitive, feel-good movement that’s all about celebrating and embodying love
